Celtic Medicine Wheel for Health & Healing

On this one day course you will learn how the Native Americans and our Druid ancestors used the Medicine Wheel to understand Health and the treatment of illness.

The aim of this course is to provide the skills and confidence to understand Dis ease and how nature can reverse it.

We will forage for healing plants and learn how to use them, use the four elements for healing, understand the four Aspects of us, use Dai Chi for gratitude to the four Elements. We will also journey into deep meditation with the Shamans drum.

A full day including lunch and all refreshments to create a working tool to help heal Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual health.

Please arrive for a meet and greet at 08.45am for course start at 9.00am until approx 5pm finish.

For anyone completing the two days Saturday evening we will be journeying with the Shamanic Drum to connect with spirits of the land.
