Leadership Development 1:1 Executive Coaching

Description

Executive coaching is a term broadly used to cover 1:1 work with executives from middle management upwards or sometimes even with more junior team members who are deemed to have high potential. However, it is important to gain a clear understanding of the key objectives that this approach is seeking to achieve in the context of your own business and for your own people and we therefore offer a free 30 min discovery session to discuss your needs.

Coaching provides a safe environment where leaders can discuss new ideas and techniques with someone outside of the organisation, freeing themselves from judgement or the fear of failure. They are supported and encouraged to take positive steps forward in their own personal growth for their own benefit and that of the wider business, enabling it to thrive with positive leadership and direction.

As such each session remains confidential between the coach and coachee, including the content and nature of the discussions, as this builds mutual trust and rapport. If the coach feels communication outside of this 1:1 environment is required with the wider business, they will work with the coachee on strategies for them to communicate these directly.

Each session is 90 mins long, and is directed by the developmental needs of each individual coachee, where they will set the objective for the session, within the wider context of leadership development. To give each coachee the time to reflect and work on content discussed in these sessions, we suggest a bi-weekly timetable of an initial 6 sessions, but options are available to book just 1, 3 or 6 sessions, with varying discounts. You will be asked to select the date and time of your first session and the remaining dates will be agreed with you in your first zoom session.

These sessions will be conducted via zoom. However, we do offer face-to-face meetings within East Anglia and London please email engage@puritas.org.uk, if this is your preferred option, prices differ depending on location.
