Terms and Conditions:-

Peter J. Stevenson Photography and Photo Skills Scotland are hereafter referred to as 'The Company'. You are hereafter referred to as 'the Customer'. The Workshop you are booking onto is hereafter referred to as 'the Event'.
Photography / Social Media - the events will be advertised on social media. Photographs may be taken during the event for use to market future Workshops. The Customer may alert the trainer at the start of the Event if they do not wish to be featured in any marketing photographs. Any photographs taken for the purposes of social media marketing will be the copyright of the Company.
Photography - the Company may, from time to time, ask the Customer for permission to use the Customer's images to market future Events. The Customer is entitled to refuse and in any case the images will remain the copyright of the Customer - the Company is granted a non-exclusive use to use the images.
Personal Data - all personal data belonging to, and photographs of, the Customer will be stored securely in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts and General Data Protection Regulation. You will be asked in the event feedback form if you consent to be contacted in future by the Company.
Safety - it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the Company is aware of any allergy, illness, disability or other condition which may impact upon their participation in the Event. Please notify us by emailing info@peterjstevensonphotography.co.uk in advance of the Event and we will take all possible steps to ensure your full enjoyment of the Event including making adjustments to the route or planned activities where practicable.
Safety - the events will take place in a mixture of indoor and outdoor environments, usually featuring some element of outdoor practical photography. By booking, the Customer is agreeing to ensure that they are appropriately dressed for the conditions including sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, water or suncream for hot weather, gloves etc. for cold weather.
Safety - the company takes no responsibility for any slip / trip / fall which takes place over the course of the event.
Safety - the company takes no responsibility for any damage to the Customer's camera equipment which takes place over the course of the event.
Cancellation - the walk will only be cancelled by the Company in the event of weather conditions deemed unsafe for participants or in the event of illness rendering the trainer unable to proceed. In the event that cancellation is likely or necessary as much notice as possible in the circumstances will be provided. In this event the Customer will have the automatic right to re-book.
Cancellation - if the Customer is unable to attend the walk, they will be able to book onto another date provided that at least 3 full days notice is given by email to info@peterjstevensonphotography.co.uk. Cancellations made with less notice than this can be hard to substitute and potentially affect the viability of the Event. Re-booking in the event of a short-notice cancellation will be at the Company's discretion.
Re-booking - if the Customer is entitled to re-book their course, this must take place within two years of the original purchase.
Governance - any legal dispute arising from this booking shall be governed in accordance with Scots' law
