The training focuses on the core compliance pillars of an Operator Licence, including:
Operator Licence undertakings and legal obligations
Roles and responsibilities of directors, Transport Managers, and drivers
Vehicle maintenance systems and safety inspections
Driver management, hours, tachographs, and infringements
Record keeping, audit readiness, and compliance controls
Common causes of enforcement action and how to avoid them
Operator licence holders and company directors
Transport Managers (new or existing)
Transport administrators and compliance staff
Businesses preparing for DVSA engagement, audits, or licence changes
Where requested, this OLAT Course can be delivered as a DVSA-approved Driver CPC course, allowing eligible participants to gain Driver CPC periodic training hours alongside essential compliance knowledge.
This makes the course ideal for mixed audiences, ensuring both management and drivers understand their responsibilities within a compliant transport operation.
