Nei Gong Foundations

Description

Over the course of this weekend, with sessions running from 9am to 4pm on both days you will begin your journey into the ancient transformational process known as Nei Gong. Nei Gong is an internal art of self cultivation and the pathway toward deep spiritual awakening. It is a physical practice, which can be very demanding but with great rewards for the body and mind and ultimately for spiritual elevation. 

Over the two days of practice you will be introduced to Wuji, the key standing posture for the Nei Gong process, concepts of sinking the Qi, dan tien formation and the correct qualities of mind and breath. We will also cover some Dao Yins, which work to open up the body creating more space for the blood and Qi to flow and begin to connect the soft tissue networks in the correct way. We will use Qi Gong practices to nourish the energy system and cover some basic seated practice too.
