The Earth element relates to the organs of digestion, the stomach, pancreas and spleen, to our flesh and muscles, to our sense of taste, and to our healthy robust immune system. It guides us to feel grounded and connected to the world around us, letting go of our worries, so we can come into our calm and healthy balanced centre. It runs from 9.45-11.00 a.m. every Monday. No experience necessary. This class can also be accessed online via Zoom.
