On behalf of themselves and any other Subscribers added to their membership (referred to as "Authorized End Users" or "Multi-User Subscriptions"), the Subscriber commits, acknowledges, and accepts the following:
Third-party access privileges may not be transmitted.
They will not access, store, distribute, or transmit viruses.
The Services will be utilized in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Services or any component thereof will not be rented, leased, sublicensed, resold, distributed, transferred, copied, or modified.
They will not reverse engineer or seek to construct the source code from the object code made available, nor decompile or attempt to create the source code.
They will not copy, distribute, edit, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit the Services or any part thereof.
They will not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from materials copied from the Website or included in the Services.
They are solely responsible for obtaining, installing, operating, and maintaining the necessary hardware and software environment, as well as network connections and telecommunication lines required to access and use the Services.
They will not use the Services in conjunction with any content, data, hardware, software, or other materials that infringe or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, constitute defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right of publicity, or violate any law.

16. Annual Subscriptions, Rights & Obligations

16.1 Subscription Overview:

An annual subscription for courses provided by Xpert Academy involves a payment plan where the learner pays a single fee in advance, granting access to a predetermined set of courses on the Xpert Academy platform for a period of one year. Throughout this subscription period, the learner may typically access a variety of courses.

16.2 Course Access Limitation:

Learners with an annual subscription to Xpert Academy are limited to accessing a maximum of 30 courses simultaneously. They may initiate a new course only after completing one of the initial 30, ensuring a total course count of 30. It's crucial to note that the annual subscription does not include any courses offered by awarding bodies listed on the Xpert Academy website.

16.3 Course Allocation and Availability:

The allocation of courses to learners is subject to availability. If a course becomes unavailable for any reason during the subscription period, and it was previously available in the course library, the learner cannot take it. Xpert Academy will not be held liable in such cases, but the learner may enroll in the course as soon as it becomes available again.

Discounted Subscription Refund Forfeiture:

If a learner purchases an annual subscription at a discounted price from Xpert Academy, they forfeit the right to request a refund for any reason related to the discounted subscription purchase.

16.4 Refund Ineligibility After 50% Completion:

Once a learner completes 50% or more of multiple courses, they are ineligible to request a refund from Xpert Academy, regardless of the cause. To clarify, if a learner completes a substantial portion of courses and subsequently requests a refund, Xpert Academy reserves the right to deny the refund request in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

16.5 Auto-Renewal and Refund Forfeiture:

Auto-renewal applies to the annual subscription, and upon renewal following its term expiration, the learner forfeits the right to request a refund for any reason whatsoever. It is the learner's responsibility to manage their subscription preferences to avoid automatic renewal if a refund is desired.

17. PDF Certificate & Transcript

17.1 Certificate Issuance:

Upon completing your course order, a PDF certificate and transcript will be automatically included. The cost of the PDF certificate & transcript will be itemized separately in your shopping cart, in addition to the course price.

As a special incentive, achieving a score of 80% or higher in the final examination of the course makes you eligible for a full refund on the PDF certificate and transcript. This serves as a rewarding acknowledgment of your dedication and successful completion of the course requirements.

We believe in recognizing and celebrating your achievements, and the refund on the PDF certificate and transcript is our way of expressing appreciation for your commitment to academic excellence. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details and eligibility criteria.
