Founder, Dr Mish Seabrook is a psychotherapist and supervisor, who completed her doctorate in which she researched self-care in clinical supervision. She has worked across the helping professions for over 20 years and is passionate about the value of supervision for those that help others in their professional roles. She remains curious about how people maintain their resiliency, across the helping professions and beyond.

Dr Mish believes that honing the skill of supervision is essential for those who practice as supervisors and she created 'Supervision Institute' to provide resources, support and professional development specific to the craft of supervision.
