You know what you want to say - you just don't always say it! Not because you're not ready or because you don't have the expertise, but because somewhere along the way, you learned that your voice was a risk, and you've been editing yourself ever since.
This self-paced online programme for women who are done waiting. It's not a confidence course full of affirmations and advice to "just put yourself out there." It's a structured, sequential programme built on the ‘Say It Anyway’ signature method designed to move you from silence to a speaking identity that is fully, recognisably your own.
There are six phases with 18 modules that are sequentially unlocked. Each module takes around 20 minutes and includes a short micro-video, reflective journal prompts and real practise activity - something you do straight away, not when you feel ready. By the end, you’ll have a clear speaking identity and the tools to draw on in any situation so that you can speak up and stand out the way you've always wanted to.
This programme is for you if …
You have ideas, opinions, and expertise - yet you consistently hold back from sharing them.
You know what you want to say but lose it under pressure.
You've been told to speak up more, without anyone showing you how.
You're tired of performing a version of confidence that doesn't feel like you.
And if you've tried motivation-led approaches before and found that the feeling wore off - this is built differently. Not inspiration - skill.
6 phases | 18 modules | 5-6 hours duration
Women who want to speak with more confidence, clarity, and presence - in meetings, on camera, in high-stakes conversations, and in public professional spaces. It's particularly relevant for women who have expertise and ideas but consistently hold back from sharing them.
No, the programme is fully self-contained and works without it. If you do have the ebook, each module builds directly on it - so you'll recognise the frameworks and go further with them, but you will not be lost without it.
Because confidence is built in sequence, not assembled from random parts. The order matters - Mindset before Physiology, Physiology before Technique, Technique before Performance - skipping ahead undermines what you are building. Each module unlocks the next through a brief written task (a competency gate) that demonstrates you've understood and begun to apply the concept - before you move on. That sequencing is the programme's backbone.
At the end of each module, you complete a short written task that asks you to apply the core concept to a real situation in your own life. It's not a test of writing skill; it signals that you are ready to move forward. If your response shows the concept has not yet fully landed, you'll receive a short prompt and be invited to revisit the module first. This isn't a barrier - it's how the programme protects the quality of what you are building.
Each module is approximately 20 minutes of core learning, with additional time for journalling and practise built in. Most people work through one or two modules per week alongside their existing commitments. The full programme is approximately 5-6 hours, but there aren't any deadlines, so you move at your own pace.
Real, usable outputs rather than worksheets that you fill in and forget. You will create a silence timeline, an imposter audit, a personalised regulation toolkit, a signature story, a language audit and rewrite, a virtual participation plan, a clear speaking practise plan, and your 'Say It Anyway' declaration. Every activity is applied to something real in your life.
Yes, a certificate of completion is automatically issued once you have worked through all 18 modules.
