This live on-line training seminar provides an introduction for anyone who wants to learn more about the complex nature of domestic abuse. From spotting the early warning signs to the impact. Sadly domestic abuse can be perpetrated by anyone and anyone can be a victim of domestic abuse. It is a global societal issue and far more prevalent than many of us realise.
Latest statistics state that over £2.3 million people (aged 16 years and over) experience domestic abuse per year.
This equates to 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men

This on-line training workshop will introduce you to the types of domestic abuse and the tactics employed by the perpetrator. By the end of the session attendees will feel confident in identifying domestic abuse and steps to support.
This training workshop will provide the first step towards understanding a many layered and complex subject. This will provide a good overview prior to delving deeper into specific forms of domestic abuse.
This training seminar will provide a good introduction for general public, frontline workers, volunteers, employers, managers, teachers, volunteers.
