Course Overview

This one-day Pregnancy Massage course is designed for qualified massage therapists who wish to expand their skills to safely and confidently treat clients during all stages of pregnancy. You’ll learn how to adapt your existing techniques to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of expectant mothers.

Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, this course will teach you safe positioning, appropriate massage techniques, and the contraindications and cautions specific to pregnancy. You’ll also gain valuable insight into the physiological changes that occur throughout each trimester.
