I have loved my two sessions at RavnClay in the beautiful, atmospheric studio with classical music playing. Keith the tutor's's good humoured and light touch, with clearly given teaching and support made for a much valued and enjoyable experience with lovely pots at the end of it. Thankyou!

Very enjoyable experience, well organised in a friendly workshop setting. Keith was brilliant, patiently taking us through the process and giving individual guidance if needed. What a lovely day spent at the pottery studio making a teapot and exploring new ideas and concepts. I loved every minute and the transferrable skills are fantastic for any hand building project. Keith is a very patient, enthusiastic, encouraging and calm teacher. Highly recommend to those of all abilities.

A great way to spend an afternoon. No prior expence necessary, clear stepwise instruction and help at hand all through the session. I made a small jug to learn the basic technique and then let my imagination run wild. Really fun, I loved it.

Fantastic morning, and totally absorbing. Last month pumpkins, this month a set of stacking Christmas trees. A great family activity, thank you.

My daughter and I attended the castle making workshop and we had such a special morning! She became very inspired and creative and Keith was so helpful (including with Rapunzel’s plait!) we loved every minute and can’t wait to see how the tower turns out and my daughter has already requested another workshop soon!

We had such a great time at Ravn Clay. Keith and his assistant Josie made us both feel so welcome and relaxed in the lovely surroundings. Under their expert guidance we were able to create a number of items and (although we are beginners) the results were hugely satisfying. We very much look forward to returning.

I loved the pinch-pot-pumpkin workshop so much I’ve done it twice now! Beautiful setting in the heart of Ford village and such a warm and friendly welcome from Keith and Josie. Josie led the session and just made the process so easy to follow. Even as a complete novice I managed to make pumpkins that I’m very proud of! What a wonderfully relaxing way to spend a Saturday afternoon. You even get cups of tea and cuddles with the resident pottery dog Ellie. Can’t wait to go back again!

Lovely workshop run by a lovely gent and his little dog. We had a great time with our 5 year old making pinch pot pumpkins. Really informative, great with the kids and always on hand with tips to make the masterpieces a little less ‘rustic’. Would highly recommend!
