2. Training Services & Bookings

2.1. Services Provided: We deliver editorial training through live workshops, online courses, group sessions, and written guidance.

2.2. Bookings & Payments: Training fees must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the session or access to course materials, unless an invoice schedule has been agreed upon in writing. All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

2.3. Cancellations & Refunds:

Business Consumers (B2C): If purchasing as an individual consumer, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the training session has not taken place or digital content access has not begun with your express consent.
Corporate Clients (B2B): Bookings canceled fewer than 14 days before a scheduled training event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. All editorial training materials, course content, slide decks, templates, and digital resources provided remain the sole intellectual property of Postcard Communications Ltd.

3.2. Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for your own personal or internal business training purposes only.

3.3. You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our training materials without prior written consent.

4. Business Accounts & Access

4.1. Access to digital training modules or member portals is strictly personal to the registered user or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our training materials if we suspect unauthorized distribution or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. While our editorial training is designed to improve professional writing, sub-editing, and publishing standards, Postcard Communications Ltd makes no specific guarantees regarding commercial outcomes, sales, or publication success resulting from the training.

5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the provision of Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for those specific Services.

5.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
