Pochat Training

I was understandably hesitant as I have not been close to any 1st aid training the last 20 years or so. Upon entering the room I was immediately made felt comfortable, drinks & snacks provided, a lovely touch. There were a few students whose first language was not English, potentially this could have been an issue. But Otillias approach, patience and overall touch was simply perfect and highly professional, they felt at ease. Content highly engaging and effective, patient kind tutor throughout.

I have done several courses with Ottilia, mhfa3, safeguarding1 and 3 and am planning on doing more, she delivers these courses in such a way that it's fun and interactive and engaging. As an individual with autism and ADHD this was a perfect hands on fun way for me to learn. Highly recommend Ottilia to everyone.
