I found The Pathfinder CIC’s Somatic Trauma‑Informed Programme to be well structured, supportive, and clearly delivered. It helped me understand how trauma affects the nervous system and gave me practical tools I can use both personally and professionally. I now feel ready to progress to the NADA Protocol Acupuncture course, and I can see how this learning will strengthen my coaching and leadership practice as well as improve my personal relationships through greater awareness and regulation.

I was a bit sceptical when l began this course. OMG. How wrong was l. This has been the best program I’ve been on to rewire your brain into more positive mindset. It’s hard taking ownership of your thoughts but it has made such a positive difference to my life. I can’t recommend this program enough. Thank you so much Lynn and Wendy.
