I didn’t always know what Reiki was - but I did know I was searching for something deeper.

My Reiki journey began unexpectedly through a hypnotherapy client of mine who shared how Reiki had helped him feel calmer, more balanced, and more himself. Something about his words stayed with me, and when the timing was right, it led me to my own Reiki teacher. I went on to complete Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Reiki Master training, and from the very beginning,

Reiki felt like coming home.

As a trained educator and healer, I now guide others at the start of their Reiki journey with clear, compassionate, heart-centred teaching. Many of my students feel curious but unsure, sensitive yet doubting themselves, or overwhelmed by where to begin. My role is to help them feel confident, grounded, and connected, trusting their intuition and their ability to heal.

Reiki isn’t just something you learn. It’s a lifelong gift you carry with you and I’m here to help you begin. My mission is to help you feel confident holding that gift, not just in theory, but in practice - in your hands, and in your heart.
