Emma Hall ( Life Flower ) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions relate to any session and workshop Bookings with Emma Hall.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

To secure your booking we require you to:

Read these terms and conditions
Read the contraindications within the description for an online group Biofield tuning session and disclaimer.
Complete, sign and return the online booking form and questionnaire for a one to one session or workshop. This will be sent to you when you register for a workshop or session.
For workshops you must pay your non-refundable deposit. If you choose to pay in full and then cancel, you will only be refunded for the remaining amount up to 12 days before the event. After that time there are no refunds. Please read the cancellation policy below.

Make the remaining payment balance 12 days before the event date.
For one to one Biofield Tuning sessions and online group tuning please pay in advance in order to book. PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel giving at least 24 hours advance notice, or you may be charged the cost of the missed appointment.

Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist between you and Emma Hall

(Life Flower) until we receive full payment.

Should the final payment not be received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and you will forfeit your deposit.

We do not store payment details nor do we share participant details with any third parties.

It is the responsibility of the participant to check their booking form and ensure the particulars contained, therein, are correct.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If you are booking for more than one person then each participating person must complete a booking form and health questionnaire if applicable for the event. The deposit and payment system is the same for each person even if one person is paying for their group.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen and sometimes plans change. We aim to accommodate these changes as best we can by setting out fair and reasonable terms for booking and cancelling our sessions, events and workshops - allowing customers time to change their mind, while ensuring the event is still viable to go ahead.We make our cancellation and refund policy transparent - ensuring it is available when booking so you can make an informed decision. Please take time to read this carefully. All clients are asked to agree to the terms and conditions upon booking a session or workshop.

Customer Cancellation

Provided you have notified us within the cancellation window of 12 days prior to the workshop you can receive a refund.

If you choose to pay in full and then cancel, you will only be refunded for the remaining amount up to 12 days before the event. After that time there are no refunds.

The deposit is non refundable.

We regret no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons. Before committing please ensure that you can attend. This cancellation policy is firm. If you are concerned about the possibility of needing to cancel, we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to cancel the session or workshop/event, in which case we will offer a full refund of all monies, paid within 10 working days.

AGE / GENDER / RELIGION

Sessions and Workshops with Emma Hall are open to anyone of any ethnic group, gender or religion. We have a holistic approach and expect all participants to adopt the same attitude of love, acceptance and respect for each other.

FOOD AND DRINK

We will sometimes provide homemade food such as cakes or soup. Also water and hot drinks are provided. Some events also have shared lunches where participants share food that they bring. We cannot accept any responsibility for anyone that chooses to partake of these foods and if you have allergies or intolerances we ask that you bring your own food to all events.

You are welcome to bring your own food to all of our events and there will be fridges available to store your own food.

+You are responsible for your own dietary health and food choices

At some events you will be able to purchase refreshments from an independent food vendor who will be on site. These vendors will have the necessary food hygiene certification.
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND DEVICES

Sessions and workshops are designed for people to take time out of their normal routines. Please be discrete when talking on your phone and only use in a break if absolutely necessary.

Mobile phones and other WiFi devices must be switched off during group activities / sessions. This rule may be waived at the discretion of the session facilitator, subject to circumstance.

In order to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality, photos and videos of your fellow guests may not be taken, stored, nor shared digitally, unless their permission has been sought and approved.

YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND PARKING

All travel arrangements are your responsibility. Parking is available on the public highway, however, we ask that you park courteously and consider the local residents’ privacy and access.

AMENDMENTS BY US

Occasionally, changes to the format of the event may have to be made (e.g., teacher, itinerary or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to make at any time.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We shall endeavour to provide all aspects of the event as described in any advertised media or literature. We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. I will always start our events with a house-keeping talk which will include a reminder of any health and safety issues. Appropriate clothing and footwear for both indoor and outdoor events should be worn. If anyone has any mobility issues please let us know at the time of booking so we can discuss how we can assist you and if the event is appropriate for you.

Sound Healing sessions and all activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or following the event.

We are not liable for loss of or damage to, your personal property.

We are not responsible for the proportion of male/female guests in any group.

We are not responsible for the individual behaviour of any guest.

NO LIABILITY FOR POSSESSIONS

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times.

COMPLAINTS

We are confident that you will not find cause for concern during our events. If you feel that a complaint is warranted you must raise the issue directly with Emma during the event or after the event by emailing emma@lifeflower.co.uk within 14 days of the event ending.

YOUR HEALTH

Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions, including pregnancy before you book.

There is a questionnaire provided with your Booking Form for one to one sessions and workshops , which must be completed and submitted to us. For remote biofield tuning sessions you must read the contraindications in the description to deem of the session is suitable for yourself.

If you have health conditions and/or dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreat, we reserve the right, for your own wellbeing, to advise you to stop participating.

SESSIONS NOT OWNED OR FACILITATED BY Emma Hall

It may happen from time to time that I host guest speakers and facilitators and to collaborate on some events.You will be asked at the time of booking to complete any questionnaires relevant to these 3rd party sessions where health and wellbeing may be affected. For example Yoga, Healing sessions would all be sessions that would require us to know some details about you.

These questionnaires are purely for the use of the facilitator and for your own safety and wellbeing.

It is your responsibility to let our workshop leaders know if you have any injuries, and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our events.

If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the event, then please stop participating immediately and seek help from the event organiser or facilitator.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information obtained by Emma Hall at Life Flower will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). With changes implemented in May 2018 under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) this gives individuals the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data, which includes the collection of health information. Consent By contacting me through the subscribe box on the website, email or telephone, signing a therapy intake form or consent form in person or attending an online or in person event you are giving your consent to Emma Hall Life Flower to hold your personal information and to make contact. The information which you supply on the forms will be held together with any clinical records or purchasing information, as applicable. I will use your information to give you the best possible service and for insurance purposes.

Storing your information Your information is stored either via an encrypted online form which only I have access to or if I hold a paper form it is in a locked cabinet. I do not store personal data on any portable devices such as a memory stick. All online documents and applications that contain personal data are password protected.

Retaining your information You have the right to ask me to anonymise your records at any time if you wish to terminate our working relationship. I am required by law to retain adult records for seven years following our last date of contact and will destroy them with a shredder after that date. Children's records are retained until their 25th or 26th birthday, depending on the exact age of the child when their treatment ended.

Accessing your information.

Your records are accessed by myself for therapy purposes. You have the right to request a copy of your records at any time. These will be sent by email, in a Microsoft Word document attachment.

Sharing your information I will never share your information without your permission - it will be kept strictly confidential unless there are legal grounds for me to disclose something which you have told me to a third party. I shall always inform you if I feel that disclosure is necessary and seek your permission and co-operation first. With your agreed and written consent there may be instances where your medical information may be shared by the various healthcare providers involved in your on-going care and treatment. Complaints If, for any reason, you are unhappy with how I am handling your data, please raise your concerns with me first, so that we can seek a resolution. If following this you are still not satisfied, then you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.

I may amend this privacy policy from time to time when required by legislation to do so. You should check back periodically to check for any changes. This privacy policy is effective from the introduction of GDPR on 25th May 2018.
