Tap and Jazz is a great ‘ Old School style” originally created in America. This specially designed Tap & Jazz class is the perfect introduction to Ballet and has been created by Dakoda’s Dance Academy for both Boys & Girls. TAP –Tap dance is a type of dance that uses metal plates on the Heel and The toe to create a ‘percussion’ sound. There are many variation of tap but we prefer to teach ‘ Broadway Tap’. They also use classic 80s and 90s tracks to give a classic Hip Hop vibe. All tracks are age appropriate. Whether your child is a beginner or a little more advanced, our Street Dance classes are tailored to accommodate and are taught by out friendly, professional dance instructors.
