Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly full – thinking about everything you need to do, worrying about what might go wrong, and what you might be forgetting? It might be pressures at work, family demands, finances, or simply the sense that everything is competing for your attention at once.
If this sounds like you, then you are not alone. When life feels this full, it’s easy to spend our precious energy on things that feel overwhelming or outside of our control. Over time, that can leave us feeling stuck, drained, or as though life is just something that happens to us.
This session is designed to help you to reset that balance and take your power back. We’ll explore a practical tool that helps you sort your concerns into what you can control, what you can influence, and what sits outside your control altogether. The aim is not to minimise these challenges or pretend they’re not there, but to help you focus your energy where it can actually make a difference.
From there, we’ll shift our focus to goal setting. Once you can see more clearly where your influence lies, you can choose a focus area and use Springboard’s goal-setting framework to turn intention into action and shape your own vision of success.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of where your energy is best spent, a goal grounded in what you can influence, and a practical plan to help you take the first steps forward with confidence.
The online programme is broken up into eight half-day workshops and a one-hour Meet and greet session before the programme starts.
Yes. The workshops are designed to be practical and engaging, with space for reflection, discussion and activities. They are not intended to be passive webinars. The aim is to give participants useful insight and tools that can be applied straight away.
They can be suitable for a wide range of audiences, including women’s networks, employee resource groups, early careers groups, managers, mixed teams or employees who would benefit from focused personal and professional development.
