I Am In Print

Elane & Sarah were crucial in landing my agent who in turn secured a book deal. The feedback and face-to-face advice I received – with a different agent – on #Agent121, was invaluable in sharpening my pitch and giving me confidence in my writing. Without them, I'm convinced I wouldn't be looking forward to the publication of my memoir next April. I encourage everyone to brave the process.

I was lucky enough to discover I Am in Print a few years ago. I’ve had multiple agent 121s and also attended the Little Tiger Day. I have just had my fifth Agent 121 through I am in Print, and finally, a full manuscript request!! I have spread these 121s out over 18 months, and each time Elane and Sarah have been helpful, professional, friendly and most importantly, the human face of this impenetrable world of getting a literary agent. They go above and beyond, sending links/book references to help with aspects I need to improve and suggesting other agents who might like my work. Strongly recommend.

I have had a fantastic experience with I AM IN PRINT. Coming 3rd in their competition has given me something extra to talk about in my query letter, which has really helped - and having face to face meetings with agents has so far led to me having several full manuscript requests. Sarah and Elane are fantastic people, focused on helping authors and I couldn't be more thankful. If I get an offer from these full ms requests, they definitely deserve some credit. Worth every penny!

First time doing anything like this! Left with a kick in my steps as if Chaka Khans 'Like Sugar' was ringing in only my ears. Sarah & Elane orchaestrated the day to a tee like a couple composing to Disneys Fantasia! Steph & Perrys pearls of wisdom were easy to digest and clearly communicated in such a warm, personable manner full of takeaways. I attended a workshop with Little Tiger put on by I Am in Print and I have had agent 121s. First, Elane and Sarah are amazing and beyond helpful. They really set you up for success. I learned SO much from every experience I have booked with them and wouldn't hesitate to book more.

I have attended several workshops on the art of making picture books and this was definitely one of the best. It was super informative, even as someone who has been writing for a long time and is published, I still came away with useful knowledge to use and apply going forward. It was a real treat to see inside the Little Tiger offices and to meet some of the team, and my 1:1 was excellent. And if all that wasn't good enough, the catered lunch was exceptional! Well worth it x

I took part in I Am In Print’s in-person Picture Book creator’s day at Little Tiger press. The day demystified a lot of the PB publishing process, gave great insights and tips, and my fellow attendees were friendly and fun. Steph and Elane organised a great day! Communication was excellent, and they offered the perfect mix of professionalism and approachability. What’s not to love?

Lil was incredibly helpful and professional. She read my chapters thoroughly and took the time to really engage with my plot, characters and world to give me detailed feedback. She was very positive and while she recommended a few changes (which were spot on), she also discussed the elements she liked and why she thought this book would work. Although she was honest, she was positive and friendly too and really gave me a lot of confidence in my book!

This unique service facilitates 121 Zoom meetings with agents who've already reviewed your full pitch package. An incredible opportunity to get your pitch package reviewed and glean what is and isn't working. Sarah and Elane collate a fabulous list of agents and are lovely people too. These agent 1-2-1's are a wonderful investment and personal insight into the publishing world, and it's fabulous that there are opportunities for low income/ underrepresented writers to access them too.

Having previously been suspicious that competitions requiring payment are just profiteering, I am absolutely certain that I Am In Print are different. Having met both Elane and Sarah at their last writing festival and through the Writing Sphere, I know they are genuine and wish only the best for budding authors.
