The Food Teachers Centre UK offers engaging, well-structured training that’s both practical and inspiring. I especially enjoyed the clear science behind sustainable fishing and fish farming, along with the useful cross-curricular links. As a first-time participant, I’d love even more hands-on opportunities in the future, such as fish farm visits or workshops on cooking crustacean dishes. Overall, excellent professional development—highly recommended!

The Fish Heroes training was enjoyable: the hands on, practical approach was expertly delivered. Working alongside colleagues made it fun and collaborative. I came away feeling more confident about adapting and delivering lessons to my students.

Really useful course that helped me to ensure I am up-to-date and have everything to ensure that my pupils and staff are safe. I loved working at my own pace but also great to have a contact if I had any questions. Also like that I have been able to download the resources so I can refer back to them if needed.

just completed the boost course. what a great course so many ideas and its good to know you are not alone with the struggles of staff, time and funding. I have used some of the things I have learnt with great success
