    I found this taster session really useful for improving my knowledge on Vegan food and what ingredients can be used to make our standard dishes suitable for vegans. The science was also very well explained. I will definitely be trying the Vegan meringue recipe with students. It was an engaging session, full of information and it is great to have so many resources we can utilise. Thank you.

    I really enjoyed the Foundation in Food training. It was informative, engaging and gave me some useful ideas that I can take back into the classroom. I particularly enjoyed learning more about food science and how it can be incorporated into lessons and schemes of work. The training was practical and helped me think about new ways to make food science more interesting and meaningful for students. I would definitely recommend this training to other food teachers looking to develop their knowledge and teaching practice.

    I am working through KS3 booklets and yr 10 curriculum to fit in the worksheets from the A-Z of food science. It is well suited for various levels of learning abilities as well as EAL learners. And for teachers who are not so strong on food science such as myself I have found the processes are shown through drawings, the vocabulary terms and explained clearly.

    The course content was great. Unfortunately I was ill so had to join online on the day. This was very good but the internet kept dropping out. However very professional and informative

    Your digital ticket allows full on access post event to all the course presentations, videos, slides, links and everything from the day. You can download the information that you need form the on-line course (such as slides) and revisit as many times to watch the presentations again and use the resources presented. We will send you the instructions again.
