Description

An Introduction Transforming Trauma Recovery Through an Evidence-Informed Intensive Treatment Approach

A one Hour Free Workshop!
Presented by Dr Jonathan Hutchins
EMDR Europe Accredited Trainer | Consultant Clinical Psychologist | Veterans Lead, EMDR UK Scientific and Research Committee

Dr Kat Aguilera Counselling Psychologist, Trauma Specialist, Combat Stress

Why Intensive EMDR?

For many individuals living with PTSD and Complex PTSD, weekly therapy can feel slow, disruptive and difficult to access. Increasingly, intensive EMDR treatment models are demonstrating that delivering therapy over concentrated periods can achieve significant clinical improvements whilst reducing treatment duration, maintaining therapeutic momentum and improving accessibility for clients with complex trauma histories.

Drawing upon the internationally recognised Combat Stress intensive treatment programme, this workshop explores how intensive EMDR can be safely and effectively delivered to military veterans and civilians experiencing severe, chronic and complex trauma.

Whether you work in the NHS, private practice, charities, occupational health or specialist trauma services, this workshop will provide a practical framework for developing intensive EMDR programmes within your own clinical setting.
