• Who is this training for?

  Executives, business leaders and practitioners who need a practical foundation in AI governance. That includes CDOs, CIOs, CTOs, AI leaders, data governance leads, risk and compliance professionals, DPOs, and consultants advising on AI governance. The program is designed to bring executives and practitioners into the same room — that's where real governance alignment begins.

• Do I need any prior knowledge of AI or governance?

  No. Domain 1 builds the baseline. The program is designed so that a non-technical executive and a hands-on governance practitioner both get value from the same session. You don't need to understand how AI models work to learn how to govern them.

• What's the difference between the EU and US/Global edition?

  The core curriculum across all 8 domains is identical. The difference is Domain 3: the EU edition deep dives into the EU AI Act, European conformity assessments, and the regulatory documentation trail. The US/Global edition deep dives into the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and other significant global AI regulations. If you operate across both jurisdictions, pick the one where your primary regulatory pressure sits.

• Is this a certification program?

  You receive a certificate of completion from DAIG Partners confirming your attendance and completion of the full program. It is not a third-party professional certification. The curriculum covers comparable depth to certification-level programs but is compressed into an essentials format designed for immediate practical application.

• How does this differ from other AI governance trainings?

  Three things. First, it's taught by the person who leads the global DAMA-DMBOK® 3.0 and co-developed the Applied Data Governance Practitioner (ADGP®) certification — not a generic trainer. Second, every participant receives the AI Governance Starter Kit with 10+ templates, an e-book, and board-level documentation — tools you can use immediately. Third, it covers vendor AI, generative AI, and agentic AI governance, which most programs haven't caught up to yet.

• How is the training delivered?

  Live and digital, via Zoom. It's a full-day interactive session — not a pre-recorded webinar. You'll be in a small group of participants with direct access to the trainer throughout the day, including Q&A and group discussion.

• What are the session times?

  EU edition: 09:30–16:30 CET. US/Global edition: 11:00 AM –06:00 PM Eastern / 8:00 AM – 03:00 PM Pacific. Both include scheduled breaks and a lunch break.

• Can I attend from a different timezone?

  Yes. The EU session works well for participants in CET, GMT, and EET timezones. The US/Global session covers Eastern and Pacific. If you're in a timezone that doesn't align with either, contact us and we'll advise which session works best.

• What do I need to participate?

  A stable internet connection, a device with audio and video, and access to Zoom. No special software or preparation is required.

• What if I can't attend the full day?

  Every registered participant receives 1-year replay access to the full recorded session. If you need to step away for part of the day, you can catch up at your own pace.

• How much does it cost?

  Both editions: €395 early bird / €495 standard (excl. VAT)

  All sessions are priced in euros, regardless of edition. Early bird pricing ends 2 weeks before each session.

• When does early bird pricing end?

  Early bird pricing ends 2 weeks before each session:

  • June 23 session → early bird ends June 8
  • July 7 session → early bird ends June 22
  • September 8 session → early bird ends August 24
  • September 16 session → early bird ends September 1
• Is there a team discount?

  Yes. Register 3 or more participants from the same organization and everyone pays the early bird rate — regardless of when you register. Email mathias@daigpartners.com with your team's names and preferred session.

• Is VAT included in the price?

  No. Prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The exact VAT amount will be shown on your invoice.

• How do I register?

  Click the Register button for your preferred edition on the program page. Registration is handled through our Cademy platform. You'll receive a confirmation email with all session details and access information.

• Can I pay by invoice?

  Yes. Contact mathias@daigpartners.com with your billing details and preferred session. We'll issue an invoice with a 14-day payment term.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the session. 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before. No refund within 6 days of the session. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to mathias@daigpartners.com.

• Can I send a colleague instead?

  Yes. Substitutions are welcome at any time at no additional cost. Just email us with the substitute's name and email address before the session.

• What if the session is cancelled by the organizer?

  If we cancel a session (for example, due to insufficient enrollment), you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available session — your choice.

• When do I receive the materials?

  The Starter Kit, e-book, slide deck, and certificate are distributed at the end of the training session. Replay access is activated within 24 hours after the session.

• How long do I have replay access?

  One full year from the training date.

• Can I share the materials with my team?

  The Starter Kit templates may be adapted for internal use within your organization. The e-book, slide deck, and recording are for the registered participant's personal use and may not be redistributed, published, or used in commercial training or consulting delivery.
