Mathias Vercauteren is an internationally recognized data and AI governance expert with 16+ years of experience across banking, insurance, healthcare, government, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and energy. He is the Global Project Manager of the DAMA-DMBOK® 3.0, co-developer of the Applied Data Governance Practitioner (ADGP®) certification at Dataversity, CDMP® certified, and an Executive PhD researcher in Data Governance at Antwerp Management School. He has delivered governance training and keynotes at leading international conferences including DGIQ, Enterprise Data World, Data Modeling Zone, and the Data & AI Conference — across Europe and the United States.
