Booked a sports massage treatment with Clare at short notice when working in the area. Super easy booking system, great communication from the reception team. Clare was very knowledgeable and the treatment was spot on, came away with a plan moving forward and a distinct relief of symptoms. Great service, will use again in future if I’m in the area 👍🏻

I was a little anxious about back manipulation but my fears were soon alleviated by Li. She thoroughly explained every aspect of the treatment at each stage. Li, was very professional and thorough with my initial assessment and took the time to listen to my back problems. Gemma, the receptionist was friendly and reassuring on reception. The practice is clean and welcoming. The setting is absolutely beautiful too.

Both experiences with my massage therapist was fabulous and relaxing. Tried cupping for the first time and loved the experience, and Less sore the days following. Friendly and skilled staff. I would highly recommend.
