Booking Terms & Conditions for Live & In-house training:

Payment terms will be following invoice. Terms of payment are within 14 days from date of invoice. By booking a course, workshop, coaching session or programme with BrightBird Coaching and Training, you are acknowledging that you have received financial authorisation at your establishment to pay for the service. Thereby reserving the right for payment and all terms and conditions to apply. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Cancellations:

In the event of a delegate’s need for cancellation or transfer of our courses, coaching programmes or workshops, you are welcome to provide a suitable substitute delegate for no extra fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the date of the course or workshop if you wish to do so.
We ask that wherever possible, all cancellations or transfer requests be provided in writing to info@bright-bird.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of request by return email.
We are unable to refund for non-attendance of our courses, workshops or programmes.
Cancellations of less than 7 calendar days, will result in a charge for the full cost of the course/ coaching session. Should a customer wish to reschedule their training booking however, they will incur no loss if this is agreed at least 7 calendar days before the original training date.
BrightBird is continually appraising and improving services and reserves the right to alter any course or workshop content without prior notice. Every effort will be made to provide their services as stated.
BrightBird reserves the right to withdraw any courses, workshops, programmes or coaching services at any time.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances on BrightBird’s part, leading to the cancellation of a booked course, workshop, coaching session or programme, you will be offered an alternative date at no extra cost, or the return of your fee/deposit.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

All training costs, unless stated, exclude refreshments, but do include materials and handouts.
All off-site coaching or programme delivery will incur a charge for room hire where applicable.
Dependent upon venue, travelling costs may be incurred in addition to other costs quoted.
It is the responsibility of the booking organisation to ensure suitable training facilities are available for delegates, including an appropriate training space and/or IT facilities to access online training.
It is the responsibility of the booking organisation to ensure delegates are available to attend on time for training booked and to engage fully.
By making a booking you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property:

We have spent considerable time and costs in the development of our coaching and training systems and processes and all the information which we provide in relation to the Course and in the materials.
The contents of all training and associated resources are protected by copyright.
The workbook is supplied for the use of the person attending the webinar or training session only. You are permitted to save electronically or print for your use only.
You shall not make or permit the making of any further copies, reproductions, recordings, interpretations, or analysis of or otherwise disclose course materials or any part thereof without the express permission of BrightBird Coaching and Training.
All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the training and in the materials shall be owned by the BrightBird Coaching and Training Ltd. and nothing in the Contract shall grant you any Intellectual Property Rights.
Terms and conditions relating to Intellectual property shall survive termination of the Contract.

In recognition of pressures and constraints of organisations, work can be carried out on a flexible basis, incorporating evenings and weekends where necessary.

All work undertaken by BrightBird Coaching & Training is covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.

All coaches are certified, undertake regular supervision as professional coaches and adhere to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) code of professional practice.

Where necessary, BrightBird Coaching & Training works with other associates from variety of backgrounds, to bring further skills and experience to our clients. Our associates share an enthusiasm for coaching and development and hold the same commitment to delivering professional, high-quality service. All associates hold appropriate professional qualifications and experience and necessary liability cover and commitment to CPD.

Group Bookings - Terms & Conditions

Bookings are for the sole use of the people signed up to BrightBird’s online on-demand courses.

We bring these programmes at a competitive cost to allow settings to include a large number of staff if required.

As a result, the programme content should not be shared with any person not signed up to the programme. This includes, but is not limited to:

Recorded sessions
Live sessions
Workbooks and worksheets
Online community
Any other resources

We have designed our programme to be flexible in terms of use, such as allowing this to be used for group/team training and in supervisions/1-to-1’s. Again however, this should only be shared with people already signed up to the programme.

Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the programme.

Pricing

The number of places purchased should be determined by the number of staff in your organisation/staff required to attend the programme. As above, you may decide to purchase places for a limited number of staff only, but in doing so you must agree not to share content with staff who are not signed up to the programme.

Your subscription will give 12-month’s access to the programme from the date of confirmation of booking.

By making a booking you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing additional places/new starters

Places on the programme are not transferrable, as each person has a unique log-in and password based on their email address. Should a member of staff leave, their account cannot be transferred to another member of staff. Where possible, we recommend allowing a buffer for turnover during the year regarding the recruitment of new staff when deciding how many places to purchase.

If necessary, additional places can be purchased – please contact us for costs.

Intellectual Property

We have spent considerable time and costs in the development of our coaching and training systems and processes and all the information which we provide in relation to the Course and in the materials. The content of this programme, including downloadable resources, are protected by copyright.

The workbook is supplied for the use of the person registered to the programme only. They are permitted to save electronically, or print downloadable resources for their use only.

Users shall not make or permit the making of any further copies, reproductions, recordings, interpretations, modifications or analysis of or otherwise disclose course materials or any part thereof without the express permission of BrightBird Coaching and Training Ltd.

Anyone wishing to share materials should contact BrightBird Coaching & Training Ltd. and request a licence for further distribution. This will be subject to agreement of a fee and BrightBird Coaching and Training Ltd. retains the right to decline to provide said licences for any course/materials as it sees fit.

All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the training and in the materials shall be owned by the BrightBird Coaching and Training Ltd. and nothing in the Contract shall grant you any Intellectual Property Rights.

Terms and conditions relating to Intellectual property shall survive termination of the Contract.

Log in details

It is the responsibility of each participant on the programme to keep their log in details, including password, private.

Sharing of log in details is not permitted.

BrightBird Coaching & Training Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any access/registration to training and the Website should they have reasonable grounds to believe this condition has been infringed. This may result in loss of fees for the User.

Payments and charges

Payment terms are 14 days from issue of invoice. The person booking must state they are authorised to make said booking/payment on the booking form and supply a purchase order if required.

We are unable to refund for non-attendance of our courses, workshops or programmes.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances on Bright Bird’s part, leading to the cancellation of a booked programme, you will be offered an alternative at no extra cost, or the full/part return of your fee.

It is your organisation’s responsibility to ensure users can attend any training booked, including multi-session programmes. The setting will not be entitled to a refund either in full or in part once any users have signed up to the training platform.

It is your organisation’s responsibility to ensure your staff are made aware of the programme being available to them. This will enable them and you to get the most from the programme. They will be contacted by us via their work email to set up a learner account on BrightBird Coaching & Training Ltd’s training platform. Through this, they will be given immediate access to course materials.

We are happy to advise on how to maximise your organisation’s usage of the programme to give you the best value for money.

Applicable Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. BrightBird Coaching & Training Ltd. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

Effective Date and Updates

The Terms are effective as of 1^st June 2026 and are subject to change without notice by BrightBird Coaching & Training Ltd. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
