Behind the Balance Sheet is an investment research and training firm.

We offer in-person, Zoom and online self-paced courses for professional and private investors wanting to improve their investing skills.

Our programs are recommended as part of professional development that will help you achieve your career goals and gain an edge within a firm.

You will learn step-by-step methods that investing pros use to read the financial statements as well as creative thinking to pick winning stocks.

You will increase your confidence and make more money while taking less risk, useful attributes for any investor.

Our training is delivered by an expert in the field, Stephen Clapham who has over 25 years’ experience as a professional equity analyst including spells as a partner and head of research at two multi-billion hedge funds. He is now training tomorrow's world-class analysts.

Over 1000 students, many of whom work for top funds, have enrolled in our online courses while Steve has run in-person courses for hundreds of professional investors at some of the world’s largest and most successful institutional investors and hedge funds.
