Terms and conditions

All courses to be paid in full at the time of booking if made online. A VAT receipt will be produced upon receipt of the payment. In the case of the course being delivered onsite or remotely, a VAT invoice will be produced on acceptance of the booking. Invoices are due in full prior to the agreed course date. Invoices remaining unpaid by the course date will result in the course being cancelled, and a cancellation charge of 20% of the total invoice being levied.

Cancellations and postponements

Once a course has been booked and paid for any dates arranged will be confirmed to you in writing. If the resultant session(s) are cancelled by the Customer more than 14 working days ahead of the booked course date, then 50% of the fees will be refunded. If sessions(s) are cancelled less than 14 days before, but more than five working days before the booked course date, then 25% of the fees will be refunded. If the session(s) are cancelled within five working days of the arranged date, no fees will be refunded.

Dependent on circumstances, sessions can be postponed and may be rescheduled but are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Postponing a course is not an automatic right, they must be agreed by a Director at BOSS, and must be notified to us in writing at least 48 hours ahead of the booked course date.
