I’m Julia, an experienced birth and postnatal Doula and certified HypnoBirthing Teacher, from Leeds, West Yorkshire.

I offer Fertility, Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal Doula support and HypnoBirthing courses as a group or private 1-1. My HypnoBirthing courses can take place face to face or online.

I can help you to prepare for your birth, helping you to have a calm, relaxed, confident birth, to increase your chances of a positive birth experience, however that looks to you.
