All programmes are organised and subject to client requirements and follow an interactive format to develop action learning sets and DE&I skills and knowledge for the participants in the form of break out groups, group discussion, Zoom polls, visuals, and videos.

• 45 -60-minute TEDx Style talks. 

• 90 minute – half day engagement/facilitation sessions. 

• 60/90-minute focus group facilitation. 

• 60/90-minute Lunch and Learn.
