  When booking a session, you’ll be asked to share a few quick details about your bike, such as what’s not working, when it was last used, or any concerns you might have. Don’t worry if you’re unsure – our mechanics will take it from there. During your session, an experienced mechanic will check your bike for common issues, carry out basic repairs and adjustments, offer tips on looking after your bike, and let you know if anything else needs attention. It’s all free – just pop by with your bike, and we’ll do what we can in your time slot. In some instances, we might ask you to leave your bike with us for a couple of hours if we feel the repair may take longer than your allocated time slot.
