This 5 Shu Antique Points Yang Meridians course is designed to train you in acupressure for relaxation and pain relief. You will develop the knowledge and practical skills to be able to apply acupressure techniques in support of a treatment plan to restore or improve a person's health condition.
In this five shu points course, you will study head massage, Tuina, Chi Gung and Tai Chi. You will explore the 30 key acupuncture points grouped into six combinations of 5 points. You will also learn how to reduce symptoms in physical and mental conditions such as muscle pain and anxiety, through the application of acupressure. Throughout this course, you will learn how to apply acupressure to alleviate pain and re-balance conditions related to Yin channels and Yang Shu. Qi flows, Shu stream points, Yuan source points, Jing River points and other significant points will also be discussed in detail.
