I specialise in working with people with medical conditions and after surgery, in particular with those who have had abdominal or stoma surgery. I offer flexible online 1:1 training sessions, post-surgery rehabilitation, strength, conditioning and Pilates classes over video. This can be ongoing, for a set time during recovery or a one off appointment. This means you can access my expertise and support from the comfort and safety of your own home.
