The "Extended Clinical Skills Training" course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform a range of extended clinical procedures and interventions. This course is suitable for healthcare workers who wish to deliver clinical skills previously undertaken by medical or nursing professionals  in various healthcare settings.

Course Content:

1. Gastrostomy tube care and feeding

2. Oral Suctioning

3. Oxygen Administration

4. Safe Use of the T34 / Bodyguard T Syringe Driver

5. Stoma Care

6. Urethral Catheterisation & Catheter Care

7. Other modules as required (bespoke to local needs)
