All our courses are run in a relaxed and friendly manner and are fully accredited to the national governing bodies including Ofsted, the HSE and Ofqual, and are taught to the latest guidelines recommended by the UK Resuscitation Council. NY Studio is a fully equipped Pilates studio based on Stokesley Business Park, North Yorkshire; Providing specialist Pilates Classes and Individual/Duet sessions, tailored to your individual needs. From January 2022 we also offer massage from the studio, all bookable from our website.
