5. How to choose and use the correct equipment safely including mechanical and non-mechanical standing aids, hoists, and slide sheets

6. Condemned and dangerous moves

7. Practical skills including sit, stand, walk (with and without equipment), bed manoeuvres (with and without equipment) and hoisting 

8. Teaching skills


Course Objectives:

1. Comprehend People Handling Principles: Understand the importance of safe and ergonomic people handling techniques in maintaining the well-being of both caregivers and individuals with mobility challenges.
