This dynamic session will guide you through a thoughtful sequence of poses that build functional strength, improve flexibility, and promote balance in the body and the mind. No previous yoga experience necessary there will be options for all levels. Whether you're an athlete looking to prevent injury, someone dealing with work stress and tight shoulders, or just wanting to try something new for your overall fitness, this class provides a welcoming space to move, breathe, and learn . We'll focus on poses that directly benefit men's common areas of tension: tight hips from sitting, shoulder stiffness from desk work, and lower back issues. The session builds strength you can actually use while increasing mobility in ways that carry over into daily life and other activities. There will be an optional 30 minute meditation session for those who want to stay and explore this tool to train the mind in a way that can help you increase mental clarity and reduce stress in your life. You will receive a meditation technique that can be practiced any time based on mindfulness meditation .
