This is the 4-week course I taught during summer 2020, which explains in detail the practice of uddiyana bandha, and offers helpful information for refining respiration during yoga practice. There is a lot of information to take in, so expect a lot of talking/explanation. In other words, this is not a hugely physical practice in the conventional sense and is therefore accessible to all serious practitioners regardless of physical ability.Although this is taught using the framework of shadow yoga, it is equally useful to practitioners of all systems of yoga. Once purchased, the videos are available for multiple viewings.Enjoy.
