In this webinar you'll learn about the use of MLS Laser in minimising and managing lymphoedema secondary to cancer related treatment - including breast cancer related lymphoedema, head and neck cancer related lymphoedema, and any cancer treatment involving lymph node dissection. Kate will also touch on non-cancer related secondary lymphoedema treatment approaches, with MLS Laser as a component of the treatment process.

But, in my experience as a counsellor and facilitator, this is not the case.</strong></p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">We are very often harder on ourselves than others, we often hold ourselves to higher standards than for others in our lives and we can - and often do - punish and berate ourselves when we don&#39;t manage to live up to the image of perfection that we think we should be.<strong fr-original-style="" style="font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box;"><br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"></strong></p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Now, none of this would be a problem if it helped. If it made us feel good. If it brought happiness and a sense of achievement. &nbsp;The sad thing is that it often doesn&#39;t. This course contains both self-study and live training in online classes and covers the META-Health Level 1 and 2 material. It will take 6 months including 24 live sessions, 2 hours each, mainly in a weekly rhythm. You will get preparatory videos, reading material and tasks that help to understand and integrate the content, while the group sessions focus on demonstrations, discusion of the material, and practical exercises for you. All the time, our trainers and tutors will support you and we’ll be a learning family with an active chatgroup. Altogether you should reckon approximately 5 hours per week.
To cover most time zones, the schedule will be tuesdays at 17:00 GMT (London), starting on 7 January 2025.
Course content
You will learn the META-Health methodology for self-help, coaching and therapy:
Understand the META-Health principles and the Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection
Use META-Analytics for assessing the background and development of any health issue
Establish stress triggers, emotions and beliefs affecting your client’s health issue
Learn the building blocks for efficient changework and therapy
Unlock people’s healing potential through META-meanings, facilitating health supporting lifestyle changes
Develop integrative tailor-made META-Health Action Plans for your clients
You’ll learn META-Health from scratch. Those who have absolved a MHI Level 1 training within the last year get a discount of 20% of the training fee.
This training prepares you for the certification process to become licensed as META-Health professional.
Certification is optional. Even if you aren’t a health professional, you may enter the training to deepen your knowledge, understanding and resources for becoming and staying healthy – however be aware that basic knowledge of biology and anatomy will be very helpful!

What is Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST)?
CST is an evidence-based group treatment for people with mild to moderate dementia. It involves 14 or more sessions of stimulating, themed activities, based around more complex principles including learning theory and person-centred care. CST can be extended into a longer-term treatment and can be offered to a range of clients including outpatients and people in residential or day care.
What does the training involve?
Training is led by a Clinical Psychologists with extensive experience in offering CST. Training is interactive, involving group exercises, role-play and video observation as well as some ‘teaching'.
