Join me at Open Academy, Norwich for 55 minutes of Barre! A fusion of Ballet technique and Pilates Matwork, designed to strengthen and challenge your glutes, thighs and core. Class held at Open Academy, Salhouse Road Norwich NR7 9DL Please bring a mat, water and any small props you may require i.e. small hand weights, pilates ball, theraband. No experience necessary, modifications and alternatives will be given based on those in the room. Please arrive on time as access may not be granted if you arrive after the class start time.

During this conditioning class, she draws on all her experience, including elements of floor barre, pilates, gyrokinesis, yoga and meditation. The class offers a chance to nurture body and mind through movement.
