The USCG Master License allows the holder to act as Captain aboard Inspected passenger vessels up to the rated tonnage of their license, and up to the certified number of passengers. Students will qualify for either 25, 50, or 100 GRT based upon accumulated sea time on qualifying vessels. The Master License also includes the ability to act as Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV). Registration includes the USCG Exam given in class, all materials, and training charts.
