Try a free class at ProActive Martial Arts in Gerrards Cross. We combine the fitness, discipline, skill and fun of both kickboxing and tae kwon do. We have classes for different age groups from 3+ all the way up to adult, run by experienced instructors who will help and guide you with everything you need in the class. The only thing you have to do on your own is #justturnup.
All our classes are friendly, technical, inclusive and open to all levels especially beginners! If you feel like you aren’t experienced enough to join class, please don’t worry ! There will always be a higher belt to help you go through new moves and sequences or someone ready to explain what BJJ and Capoeira is all about and to answer all your questions. Qigong Taiji 37 (Tai Chi) Daoyin exercises Makko-Ho and Do-in exercises Japanese Ki Exercises and Hara training Breathing and sound exercises Meditation Well-being guidance The Monday morning Qigong class is at Unit 4 in Brighton. It runs from 9.45-11.00 a.m. every Monday. No experience necessary. This class can also be accessed online via Zoom.
