Bobby joined us a month into our Building Resilience in Communities project in Clyne, Neath. Bobby had previously been working as a carpenter until the pandemic hit in 2020 and had since struggled to find employment. With a move to Wales and the realisation that he didn’t have the relevant paperwork to support his skills, Bobby’s self-esteem and motivation to find work had plummeted.The Community Impact Initiative C.I.C. (known as the Cii) is an award-winning social change organisation committed to the development, improvement, and sustainability of our communities. We’re a not-for-profit organisation that innovatively combines skill development and learning with community regeneration to achieve positive socio-economic change.

To ensure you develop your skills and confidence efficiently and quickly we use a modern formula of ignition, (thats your desire to improve) Master coaching (thats our bit!) Deep practice (some of this will be on the course but most of it will follow the course when you’re out riding) this all leads to enhanced skills and confidence in the shortest time possible.
