This 4-week course is great for beginners, or those who wish to refresh their practice.A beginners mind opens you up to new possibilities and opportunities to discover more about mindfulness and about yourself.
In this course there are:
- Recordings of the weekly sessions- Six guided meditations- Intention setting and journal writing- Guidance on bringing mindfulness into your day- Creating space for ourselves- Discovering stress and relaxation- Changing unhelpful habits into helpful ones- Looking at glimmers and finding our joy- Keeping your practice going 
This course is unguided, watch one video a week and follow the 4-week course in your own time. There are written instructions for you to follow and guided meditations to help you bring mindfulness and meditation into your day. Write a journal to set your intentions and notice how you feel. Take mindful walks, be mindful during day to day activities and start to create pockets of mindfulness in your day. Enjoy.
