Nei Gong Foundations course - a weekend introduction to the ancient Daoist internal arts

Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice. Heart centred Qi-Gong with Emma Sunday 9th June 2024 10am-1pm Price: £40  Welcome to the Sunhouse for another blissful morning of Qi-Gong and meditation. In this summer session we will be exploring the FIRE element through heart centred Qi-Gong.  Imagine bare-feet on the grass, absorbing the morning sunlight on your skin, serenaded by the sounds of the forest and smells of fresh blossom filling the air. Let yourself be supported and grounded by nature all around us.  Emma will guide us through a gentle yet powerful Qi-Gong practice, a form of movement meditation helping to clear out energetic blockages so you can feel more connected with your deeper self.  In this summer session we will explore what is know as the three treasures; Jing (Essence), Qi (Energy), Shen (Mind-Spirit). We will begin with active dynamic Qi-Gong exercises working with our ‘Jing’ energy opening our physical body with tapping, self massage and stretches, we will then access the ‘Qi’ energetic level with a focus on our heart Qi through slow flowing movements and breathing practices.
