Nei Gong Foundations course - a weekend introduction to the ancient Daoist internal arts

Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice. A special gong bath where we will tune into the energy of the equinox

Each Friday night we hold a space for relaxation, release and rejuvenation during this 60 minute gong bath.

I am also available for various events such as festivals, corporate functions, weddings, etc. I regularly receive bookings across the UK, in Europe and beyond. I have provided sound journeys & gong baths in gardens, halls, marquees, tents, private villas and even upon large private boats! Anything is possible… Please contact me with your enquiry.

I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm. These can be completely tailored to your specific requirements.   We can work with a theme of your choice, or I am happy to make helpful suggestions. Popular themes tend to be complete relaxation sessions, stress relief, recharge & re-energizing, and events around the time of a new moon (perfect for setting new intentions) or a full moon (a great opportunity to let go of things that no longer serve us). I have two beautiful venues that I regularly use in Bournemouth and in Southbourne. I often use these for private group sessions and provide everything that is needed for you and your friends to enjoy a magical sound and vibration journey like no other. I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep.
