This is a fab opportunity to join us in the studio for a gorgeous session of Ceramic Bauble decorating, with festive music You will each have opportunity to decorate a set of 6 baubles. We will use specialised permanent paint suitable for ceramics in your choice of colours. You will be shown examples of deer, fox, snowman, penguin, owl etc ……or use your imagination to come up with your own characters. You will take them home on the day, as they don’t require firing in the kiln. Suitable for age 7+ to come and create your festive decorations. We can arrange a private group/ family booking where dates are available. From 4 - 12 people. Please use the group request option to enquire. Private bookings can be facilitated in our fully accessible room on request.

Moon gazing hare workshop . The workshop lasts for one hour and forty five minutes and is a step by step guide on how to make a moon gazing hare. You can watch it as many times as you like and pause it at your leisure. Ideal for people who can't make it to my real life workshops or for those who want to follow up at home. Suitable for complete beginners Age 15 plus Join Lynne from Pots of Magic to create your own ceramic Greenman plaque . During this 3 hour workshop you will be guided through each section using basic hand building and sculpting techniques . During the first 90 minutes you will sculpt and form the face ,with the opportunity to create your own unique character . There will then be a teabreak before you add the foliage to your Greenman Foliage will be provided however if you wish to personalise your plaque using leaves from your own garden please do not hesitate to do so . (Please note leaves are rolled into the clay to leave an imprint then cut out .therefore leaves with veins give best results ) Once finished your clay creation will dry out slowly for 2 weeks before under going its first kiln firing . Once bisque fired it will then be professionally glazed by Lynne and enter the kiln again for its final firing . Your final piece will be ready for collection 4 to 5 weeks later from Ainsdale .
