Description
In this fun, festive workshop you’ll create up to 6 unique hanging decorations. We will demonstrate and guide you through the basic skills of glass fusing.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or perfect if you’ve enjoyed one of our previous fused glass workshops. There’s no glass cutting or previous skill necessary.
Beginning with a blank shape, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own designs using a selection of accessory glass, including frit, stringers, glass dots and enamels.
Your colourful creations will be fired in the glass kiln, ready to collect from the studio in time for the festive season.
All of the materials and kiln firing are included. Extra pieces maybe made on the day at an extra cost of £2.50 each, time permitting.

Does this class facilitate disabled access?
Unfortunately due to the lay out of the room this workshop is held in, it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Please note : The seating in this workshop is on high classroom stools. People with limited mobility may find this difficult.
We do have other classes and courses available in the fully accessible area of our studio space.
Can we take what we make home on the day?
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
Creating your project with ceramic clay or glass fusing means that it will need time to be fired in the kilns. Your work will be left with us for the firing process. This can take approx 3 wks, but will be well worth the wait.! We will email you to arrange a day / time to come back and collect your finished work.
