This qualification is designed to provide benefit to learners on the basis that it prepares them for deployment as an Activator in Multi-Skills. Minimum numbers apply. Successful achievement of the qualification will enable Activators in Multi-Skills to facilitate extra-curricular activities within educational settings including schools, further and higher education and community participation programmes. The qualification is designed to support community development, with the aspiration to be able to tackle physical inactivity and social exclusion whilst supporting health, wellbeing, and participation initiatives. Who is the course for? Learners that attend this course can be volunteers in a range of sport and community environments, young people, parent helpers or anyone that wishes to become an activator in multi-skills. What will I achieve? The qualification will enable successful learners to progress to a sports specific coaching qualification.
