At Noble, we deliver the SLII programme as either an in person or virtual programme. Option 1 - a two-day session, in person at North Scare - 18th & 19th February, 9am to 4pm. Option 2 - 5 x two & a half hour virtual sessions via Zoom. We blend self-directed learning, online discussions, interactive exercises, reflection, and offline assignments with a comprehensive personal leadership assessment/360 feedback tool.
